Located in a quiet, wooded clearing within earshot of the Sandy River, this home features an array of modern comforts, with both indoor and outdoor living areas inviting gatherings with friends and family.

Designed with entertainment in mind, the home boasts a spacious, single-level floor plan awash with strong natural lighting and sleek, contemporary decor. The front living room features vaulted ceilings and large, vista windows overlooking the front deck and firepit area. A wraparound sectional, huge smart TV, and selection of board games and puzzles offer a chill place for lounging and casual downtime.
