Enter by way of a sheltered courtyard, where you'll find the hot tub, a gas grill, and cushioned outdoor seating to enjoy in the afternoon sunshine. Inside the main part of the home, you'll be greeted by a two-story great room with generous windows and a gas fireplace to warm you as you watch movies at night. This space blends into an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and an adjacent dining room table. An expansive deck - with hammocks, loungers, and rocking chairs - wraps around the house and is accessible through multiple glass doors.
The second-floor loft is a spot to escape with a good book, set up your laptop, or enjoy a board game. When it's time to turn in, you'll find that each bedroom has its own bathroom and direct access to the outdoors, including a primary suite, a soaking tub and a shower, and a separate dressing room. The third bedroom is in a detached casita across the courtyard with its own shuffleboard table, refrigerator, and workspace.

Parking is available in the garage. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.

This home sits in an open meadow just east of Highway 1. Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the nearest airport, about 1.5 hours east. A car is essential for exploring the area.

Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.
Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.
December through April is whale season. You may spot gray whales breaching right from the bluff trail nearby. Wildflower season (April-June) transforms the coastal bluffs into a tapestry of color -- worth an extra walk on the trails. Summer offers long days and warm afternoons, though the iconic Sonoma Coast fog often rolls in at sunrise and clears by noon.
Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected. Parking is available but the garage is locked off for owner use. Note: you cannot hear the waves from this home. There is one TV in the home, located in the living room. The primary suite does not have a TV.
