This single-story home sits at the edge of an ocean canal, around the corner from the Key Colony Beach Golf Course. You'll be less than a mile from Sunset Park with its small white-sand beach and spectacular views late in the day. Overseas Highway and its many restaurants, shops, conveniences, and sources of entertainment - is one mile north.

You'll quickly fall in love with the outdoor space here, whether you're sipping your first cup of coffee on the screened patio or returning home from a day out on the water.
