The living room is the heart of the space, anchored by a large 55-inch smart TV with full cable access and streaming apps. Every bedroom has its own screen so everyone in your group can wind down on their own terms. No gaming console or game room on-site, but the community outdoor pool and gazebo give you plenty of reasons to step outside.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is well-stocked for real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find a full range of bakeware including a roasting pan, baking pan, loaf pan, and cookie sheet, along with saucepans, a frying pan, mixing bowls, and all the prep tools you need. A coffee maker, toaster, corkscrew, can opener, and dishwasher round things out. Place settings and drinkware are provided for up to 4 guests.

Technology

Three TVs total - a 55-inch smart TV in the living room with Spectrum Cable and streaming apps, a 42-inch smart TV in the master bedroom with the Spectrum streaming app for cable access, and a 32-inch Fire TV in the second bedroom with free live TV and streaming. WiFi is provided through Spectrum, with equipment located on the living room mantle.

Laundry

A full-size stackable washer and dryer are available in-unit, so you can pack lighter and stay longer.

Outdoor

Step out and enjoy the fresh lake air from the property grounds. The community outdoor pool is centrally located in the complex right next to the gazebo and park area - perfect for a sunny afternoon splash. A blue dumpster is conveniently located just across the street near the gazebo. Note: there is no private grill or fire pit at this unit.

Community Amenities

Lazy Days Escape sits within a well-maintained HOA community that includes an outdoor pool (unheated, seasonal), a small park with a gazebo ideal for picnics or kids at play, and a community dock that guests may use with advance permission from the on-site office. To request dock access or a boat trailer parking sticker, call the office at their posted hours - boat trailers require a permit and must park up the hill. Glass is not permitted at the pool area, and towels may not be placed on patio railings per HOA rules.

Check-in is a breeze with a self-check-in coded smart lock. The unit is easy to find - about ten steps up from the parking lot, then just to the right (Unit A6). Parking is paved, flat, and fits up to 2 vehicles. RV parking is available on the property as well. Your host is available to assist if any questions come up during your stay.

Osage Beach puts you right in the middle of the Lake of the Ozarks action - minutes from the water, the dining, and the live entertainment that makes this region one of Missouri's most beloved getaways.
