It's the perfect spot between Orleans and Wellfleet, with the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path (half a mile) and ocean and bay beaches (two miles) close by. Spend your days at Coast Guard Beach, Salt Pond, Nauset Lighthouse, and Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, and discover plentiful restaurants, shops, and services within a few minutes’ drive.

At home, highlights of the lovely outdoor space include a huge, fully enclosed yard with lots of room for the kids to play. Relax on the deck with your beverage of choice as dinner sizzles on the grill, then spend the evening roasting marshmallows around the stone firepit.

Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, a flowing floor plan, and comfortable coastal furnishings. The sunroom is the perfect perch for cracking open a good book while the kitchen features everything you need to whip up a feast. There’s also plenty of mealtime seating at the standalone island and adjacent dining table.
