The most incredible view of Cape Cod Bay awaits at this oceanfront condo in historic Provincetown, where the sandy beach and stunning sunrises and sunsets are right outside your door. Exploring the sand is just one of many things you can do here. The area is also rife with opportunities for biking (Cape Cod National Seashore Bike Trails), hiking (Old Colony Hiking Trail), birdwatching (Maple Grove Bird Sanctuary), whale-watching, wine tasting, theater (Provincetown Theatre), live music, parades, festivals, gallery walks, shops, and restaurants to try.

The Bay Colony Condos offer a truly unbeatable location, with one of the most photographed scenes on Cape Cod just outside. It's a spot that'll give you a front-row seat to the town's parades, lovely views of several lighthouses from the porch, and fantastic access to the summer shuttle into town (which stops outside).
