- Pool is heated complementarily by a solar system year-round (weather permitting). On sunny days, the pool will be warmer, while on less sunny days, the pool will be cooler
- Use of the bunk beds is at guests’ own risk, and the owner is not responsible
- This property cannot be used as a studio for commercial video, photographic, and/or audio recordings
