This property features 3 exterior security cameras with one above the front main entry door facing the entrance, one on the garage facing the parking lot, and one on the back of the house facing the grassy yard (does not cover the patio and deck). The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively records video while guests are present

- A small barn is located about 1,000 feet from the main house, where a long-term renter lives. These units are completely separate, with no shared space or access. The renter works during the day and is rarely on the grounds
