Prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. This level comprises a hall closet with a washer/dryer and a guest bedroom. Upstairs, you will find an oceanfront primary suite with a large smart TV, an oceanfront balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a custom tile shower and skylights.
