While we take every measure to keep the cabin clean and comfortable, you may occasionally encounter bugs, deer, bears, or other local wildlife during your stay. This is completely normal for a forested mountain environment and part of the rustic charm. We recommend keeping doors closed and food properly sealed to help minimize visits from curious critters. If you're especially sensitive to insects, packing a little bug spray is always a good idea.
