OVERVIEW
Wake up steps from Lake Coeur d'Alene, grab a kayak, and paddle into your day. Lakeshore Retreat is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home on Cottonwood Bay—the quieter, slower side of the lake where you get direct water access without the downtown crowds. Sleep six comfortably, park your boat trailer, and make this your lake-lover's home base.
THE SPACE
Lakeshore Retreat sits on the shoreline of Cottonwood Bay at the south end of Lake Coeur d'Alene near Worley. The home offers 1,734 square feet of living space designed for families, groups of friends, or two couples who want to spend days on the water and evenings together. Three bedrooms and one full bathroom plus one half bathroom sleep up to six guests. The layout centers around shared gathering spaces—a fully equipped kitchen for cooking real meals after a day outside, a dining table for group meals, and comfortable living areas with TV and board games to unwind.
THE WATERFRONT
This is where Lakeshore Retreat shines. Walk down to your dock in minutes and you're on the lake. A kayak is provided, so you can paddle out right from the property and explore Cottonwood Bay at your own pace. If you're bringing your own boat, there's ample parking at the house, including dedicated space for a trailer—no hunting for spots or leaving your rig somewhere else overnight.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Three bedrooms accommodate your group with bed linens and extra pillows and blankets provided. One full bathroom and one half bathroom serve the home.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen has cooking basics, cookware, dishes and silverware, a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker. A dedicated dining table seats your group for meals, and wine glasses are provided. Everything you need to cook a real meal after a day outside.
COMFORT & CONNECTIVITY
Air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable year-round. WiFi and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to work remotely. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. Outdoor seating and a BBQ grill on the patio are perfect for relaxing and grilling.
NEIGHBORHOOD & NEARBY
Cottonwood Bay offers a slower pace than downtown Coeur d'Alene—quiet mornings on the water, evenings watching light change over the bay. The south end of the lake has plenty to explore. Heyburn State Park, Idaho's oldest state park, offers hiking a short distance away. The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, a paved rail-trail popular with cyclists, runs along the southern lakeshore. The Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort in Worley is nearby for dining, entertainment, and golf. When you want shopping, restaurants, and the downtown scene, the city of Coeur d'Alene is an easy drive north—then return to the quiet of the bay at day's end.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
Whether you're here to fish, paddle, boat, or simply sit by the water and watch the light change, Lakeshore Retreat gives you direct lake access and room to spread out on one of the quieter corners of Lake Coeur d'Alene.
