You will fall in love with this prime location less than a mile from the library, Coop (grocery store), and fantastic restaurants and bars. Outdoor enthusiasts will love swimming at Loop Beach, trying the links at Cotuit High Ground Golf Club (public), and watching free Cotuit Kettleers baseball games.

This beautiful, dog-friendly retreat enjoys a bright, welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living area provides you with a great spot to unwind and create everlasting memories by playing board games with the family or hosting movie nights on the smart TV.
