Payment Schedule:
We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 7 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 7 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full.
Additional Fees:
• Admin Fee: 15% of the rent
• Refundable Security Deposit: $200 to $500
• Pet Fee: $50 per pet per stay
• Service fee: 3.5% of the total
• Parking Fee: $15 per car per night
• If you pay via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App we will give you a discount.
