• All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• A complete pool resurfacing and tile replacement is planned for the Clubhouse pool, spas and kiddie splash area at Paradise Palms. The work is scheduled to
  start on Tuesday, September 5th and will take approximately four weeks to complete. During this time, the pools and spas will be closed to guests and residents. The outdoor Restaurant/Bar will remain open along with the Clubhouse including theatre and game room and all other services.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
