You'll also be just four miles from Point Sebago Golf Course. Come winter, head to Pleasant Mountain Ski Area or Sunday River Resort for a thrilling day on the slopes.

The setting is tranquil and memorable, which you'll feel whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the deck or catching an afternoon nap in the hammock swinging from the trees. Head down to the river to dip your toes in the cool water, watch your kids play tag in the grass as you light the gas grill for dinner, and spend your evenings roasting marshmallows and telling stories.
