We had 3 generations staying in the cottage, me, my parents in their 70s and my 4 year old daughter. Despite the unseasonal chilly temps, we had a terrific time! The cottage is across the (very quiet) street from Sebago Lake with an access path right there. We didn't make use of them, but the property has everything you'd need to go kayaking, maybe next time.
The house itself is very well appointed, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking at home, the grill was brand new, and there was even an air fryer. Everything was very clean.
The layout of the cottage works really well, the high ceilings and open concept living/kitchen area make it a nice hang out area. The beds were comfy and we were grateful we could set the mini split to heat given the low outside temps. We didn't spend any time in the sunroom because it was cold and rainy, but I imagine that being the perfect spot to enjoy warmer days.
The location of the cottage is excellent and serves as the ideal launch pad for Sebago area activities. We had nice dinners at The Sportsman Kitchen and Keg and Captain Jacks, spent time at the Naples Causeway, Nason beach, and Sebago Lake State Park. The state park was so beautiful, I could easily see coming back to the cottage and spending my whole weekend at the park.
All in all we had a fantastic stay, the cottage works well for all ages, and have no complaints! We hope to return.

We enjoyed staying right on the lake. The house was large and comfortable for 8 people and 1 dog. Even with one of our days being a rain out we enjoyed being on the lake and the comfort of the house. We would stay in this house again.
