This charming property has a shared beachfront and dock with two homes next door - don't hesitate to bring your boat and experience the waters of Lake Leelanau from another point of view! There are four kayaks provided for more fun in the water. When you are not in the lake, gather around the waterfront firepit to roast s'mores and share fun stories with your family and friends.

The guest cottage features one bedroom and one full bathroom. Discover a sunny living area with rustic accents, gorgeous lake views, and a smart TV with streaming to keep you entertained during your stay, a full kitchen with all the major appliances (including a Keurig coffee maker), and a beautiful deck with a lounge area. Additional perks include beach gear, four beach chairs, a gas grill, and a stand-up paddleboard.

• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• This home shares a beachfront, kayaks, and a dock with the home next door. Dock one boat only, please.
• The fireplace is currently inoperable.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
