• We periodically receive "flood irrigation" water which sometimes is delivered in the early morning or late evening. This results in 6" of water in the front and backyards that starts in the back and works its way around to the front yard. It usually soaks in about 3 hours, after which you can walk in the yard. It is common throughout our neighborhood. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you..
