The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy, enjoyable meals. A finished walk-out basement adds even more space, complete with a pool table, lounge area, and pull-out sofa. A private deck overlooks the lake, offering a serene spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
Step outside to a two-level deck with dining and lounge seating, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Enjoy a sandy, shallow beach ideal for children, along with kayaks and canoes for exploring the lake’s 46 miles of shoreline. The dock seats six comfortably and has space to tie up boats. The yard features a lakeside fire pit, hammock, and plenty of grassy area for play. Watch loons drift by or catch sight of eagles nesting nearby.
Great Pond is close to Belgrade, Waterville, and Augusta, as well as the Kennebec Highlands for hiking and biking. From the water, you can boat to local markets and restaurants, including lakeside dining at the Village Inn. Ample parking is available, and though G. Maps shows a road near the lake, the camp road is actually behind the house—your lakefront access is completely unobstructed.
