Open from May 1 through October 31, Summer Village offers something for everyone, with a clubhouse featuring a game room, gym, and sauna, plus outdoor fun such as basketball and shuffleboard, and so much more.

You’ll also find thoughtful extras like a hair dryer, flat iron, and curling iron.
Step outside to enjoy your private space, complete with a gas grill and six Adirondack chairs—ideal for soaking up the Maine sunshine. When it’s time to head to the beach, you’ll be fully prepared, the cottage has a beach cart, two boogie boards, a cooler with ice packs, four adult beach chairs, two kid-sized chairs, a side table, umbrellas, and beach toys, making beach days effortless.
