Had a great time! Stayed at this location for about a week. It is so close to everything. Spacious and very clean. Nice sized bedrooms and great deck for socializing. We will absolutely stay at 7 Sea Glen road again!!

It was DIRTY! There were bugs!!! Dead and alive all throughout the rental. Including in all the beds! All the sheets, blankets and towels had yellow and black stains on them. There were spiderwebs, spiders (huge ones) moths, ants and we think one of the bugs might have been a cockroach!!! I walked from the kitchen to the living room in white socks.. when I sat down they were black. All the floors were filthy and stained. There was only one towel set per person and we were there for three days. We were told there was going to be a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in the rental. However when we arrived there was no laundry facilities and we could not find the iron and ironing board. When we called management to ask where these things were they didn’t respond. Eventually we found the iron in one of the bedroom closets under a dirty window screen but no ironing board. In the kitchen the counters and table were stained, chipped, sticky and were covered with ants and little flying bugs. We had to clean them ourselves before putting our groceries away. The broom and dust pan that was provided were broken. Most doors throughout the rental would not close all the way and did not lock. The hand soap that was provided was water down... more water than soap. A couple of days before we arrived at the rental I called to ask if we could check in early as we were due to arrive on the island 9:30 AM. They said that due to Covid check in time had to be 4 PM because extensive cleaning and protocols had to be followed. Part of those protocols was that after the extensive cleaning of the rental it had to be aired out 24 hours before the next rental party comes in. This was a lie! As stated above the house was disgustingly dirty and when we arrived on the island we drove past the rental to see where it was. When we drove by there was another rental family packing their car and getting ready to leave!!! On Saturday after my family and I spent the day exploring Martha’s Vineyard we came back to the rental to find a man and woman walking around the property. When I asked if I could help them they stated that they had rented the property for that night. The man said he received the code for the lock box to get the key. We informed them that we rented the property Friday through Sunday. They were understandably upset but understood that the mixup was not our doing and they left. It’s very concerning that had we arrived a little later, the couple could of used the lockbox code and enter the rental with all our belongings inside! All the windows were opened because the rental was hot and humid. There is no air conditioning! The first night there it was to hot to sleep. Thankfully the heat wave broke the next day and it cooled down. The pluming was terrible. The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilets need to be flushed twice after being used. We loved Martha’s Vineyard and will definitely be back! However we will never stay at 7 Sea Glen again!!!!
