Located on a private dirt road in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of Eastham, this home enjoys plenty of peace and quiet while still being close to area attractions. The famous Coast Guard Beach is just a couple of miles away, accessible either by car or via a scenic bicycle trail!

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms over two floors, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The main level contains a living room with a TV. You could sit and watch some cable, use the DVD/VCR player, or even access the WiFi to stream a movie or some music. Walk over into the full kitchen to find a space where the cook in your group will love to work. Here you will find all the necessary appliances and kitchen tools to whip up some culinary delights.

This lower level of the house also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, as well as two of the four bedrooms. Interestingly, each bedroom in this house features its own television, so you can watch a show before drifting off to sleep at night. The first downstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed and the second has two twin beds. Walk upstairs to find another bathroom with a shower, plus a bedroom with a full-size bed and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and a queen-size futon. All in all, as many as eight guests will be very comfortable here!

If you step outside from the sliding glass door on the main level, you will find yourself on a spacious, lighted deck. You will love to sit here and listen to the breeze ripple through the trees that line the property. Go ahead and use the gas grill to cook up some steaks or chicken, then head over to the outdoor firepit to roast marshmallows for dessert. This home backs up to 17 acres of peaceful wooded land, so you will enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.

With the beaches of the ocean and the bay so close, you will want to spend some time exploring the coastlines! Bring your bicycles and ride over to the Salt Pond Visitor's Center, the entrance to the Cape Cod National Seashore. From there you can follow the wooded trail over a bridge through Nauset Marsh and directly onto Coast Guard Beach! Spend some time strolling along the sand, watching for an occasional whale, and breathing in the fresh sea air. If you have children with you, you may prefer to visit the warmer bayside beaches, which do not have waves and are a fantastic place for a family outing.

Around Eastham you will find all the restaurants and shops you may need during your stay. Spend some time perusing the boutiques, then get a meal at one of the eateries, which range from tasty, fresh seafood to South African cuisine. If you decide to leave Eastham, you can head about 30 minutes north to lovely Provincetown, or right over to neighboring Orleans, where you will find a greater variety of businesses than charming Eastham offers.
