Very nice place to stay, comfortable, clean, well furnished. Walking access to Town of Franconia trail network is great. Made for a relaxing comfortable time away.

My family of 10, 8 adults and 2 children stayed for 5 nights. It was by far the best house rental we have stayed in. If you are looking for seclusion and privacy, this is the perfect home for just that. There are no visible neighbors from the house or yard. The house is very large and perfect for accommodating the whole family. It was super clean and well stocked with anything you might need, except a muffin pan! Lol There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap and so much more. None of us had any problems with the wifi, we were all able to connect. We vacation every year and we will most certainly be returning to this home for many years to come.

Home is nestled in the trees in a subdivision outside of Franconia. Lots are generously sized and private, as there are no neighbors in site of the home. There are bears active at night on the lot. Accommodations are simple (not luxurious). Kitchen is well equipped although we elected not to cook. It would have been nice to have extra supplies on hand. We had to purchase our own laundry detergent, as there was none on the premises. Otherwise, nice area. There are many dining options in nearby Littleton.
Manager response:
Hello James, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us.

A really nice home. The beds are quite comfortable and the house is quite secluded. All of us were lead down a dirt road by google maps incorrectly. Pay attention to the house numbers to navigate to the house the first time.

Great time staying at this home, has everything you could need and is extremely remote. Had an amazing time with family and friends

This by far the best rental we had in NH. The house was very clean, close to all attractions in the White Mountains Area , and was well equipped with all supplies needed for our stay. I highly recommend this vacation home.

The house was amazing. It was clean, had all the amenities you need with a family. Wifi was good (which was appreciated by my teenagers and the location is very nice. Close to great hikes, horseback riding and shops/restaurants. All in all a very good experience! I would highly recommend.

We were six adults, two couples and two singles. The four bedrooms and three full baths worked beautifully. The LARGE dining room table and chairs were great, TV room was good, and beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment, clean and spacious. We had a great week leaf-peeping and eating at Dutch Treat and Plain Kates. Mac's Grocery is all you need, and the night manager Sandy is a treasure.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in Franconia this year after an event we worked in Bath, NH. We brought our 6-year old and 8-month old daughters with us. The house was very large and comfortable for us. We used two of the bedrooms, each with a queen bed and single bed on the second floor. We each enjoyed a relaxing soak in the jetted bath tub in the master bedroom. The water was nice and hot! My wife loves to cook, so we were prepared with some meals and snacks to enjoy at the house and in the evening before dinner we relaxed with snacks and drinks on the back deck. For dinner we drove 5 minutes into Franconia center and went to Joe's Catering for BBQ. For breakfast the last morning we went to Polly's Pancakes. There was a 2 hour wait, so we wished we woke up earlier, but it was worth the wait. We left and went back.

This rental was perfect. When looking for a property our top concern was finding a rental that would allow our two well trained German Shepherds to be with us. We were also looking for a few extra bedrooms as we had guests coming from Finland and NC & Virginia. The space worked out perfect. The house was clean and played out perfect for our needs. The location was also perfect tucked into a spot surrounded by trees, we were able to take our Shepherds out to play supervised. The house was also at a central location for all our needs. Thank you and can't wait to visit next year!

The place was spotless and large enough to accommodate 2 families and kids had plenty of space to run around in. One of the rooms was filled with toys, much to the delight of the kids! Plenty of space to spread out and nice slecuded spot nestled in the mountains. Came back feeling refreshed. Great location for fall color foliage.

We have rented this house for the past few years and have enjoyed our winters here. It is a great family house and place to gather after skiing. It is clean and efficient with space. Heated garage is always nice in January.

It was a very private beautiful get away for my family. I enjoyed every minute of it. It was simply great.

Franconia's Far Far Away was true to its name in feeling. You feel as if you're off the end of the earth with nary a sign of human life in sight. And yet, once you navigate the car out of the back country roads, you're a short distance from Littleton and its convenient shopping (we even got some great buys on shoes at TJ Max) and close to Franconia's beautiful sites. The only disappointment was that we didn't see any bears! The house was pleasant, clean and very comfortable. The only thing I would have done differently was providing comforters as opposed to blankets and flat sheets. Also, the walls could use some color instead of flat white. But these little things didn't hamper our enjoyment of all the space, charm, and conveniences of the home. We had a great time!
