Such a lovely setup. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The fire pit was a hi-light. Nice oversized flat screen in the living room, lush oversized couches, lots of seating. Washer and dryer, and plenty of linens & towels. Thank you!

Our family of 6 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed the house. I was pleasantly surprised that it was surrounded by trees. It was farther from Coos Bay than I expected (only a 17 minute drive) but close to Charleston and the actual ocean... which is what we wanted. The king size bed was also very comfortable.

No problem with TV or wifi for us. Lots of room inside and the back deck. This was our first vacation home experience and we look forward to doing it again. A tip for finding the home. Sea Spray Drive is more a gravel driveway than a street with a street sign. This home is first on the left.

We all enjoy our stay

We loved the home , was peaceful and big enough for us . If you don’t like roosters this isn’t your spot . I believe 1 on each side of house at other properties.

Very secluded with massive deck and very comfortable couch. Only a mile from Charleston downtown area. Rooms are spacious and beds are nice. The darts weren’t in the best shape but would rather have some darts than no darts. Only real downside is you can’t use the hot tub and something is weird with the TV so the picture for any streaming service is bad. But you’re not watching that much TV there anyways. I recommend for sure.
Manager response:
Hi, Johnny! We are delighted to read you would recommend Sea Spray Chalet and appreciate you letting us know of any shortcomings. We will be getting new darts and will ensure the streaming service is working correctly. Coos County did require us to shut down our hot tubs, so they are no longer advertised. Thank you!

The house was comfortable and quiet except for the neighbor's dogs. The internet did not work more than one evening. If you need to watch TV or work remotely, this is not your place. We each used a lot of data on our phones. The property manager tried to help, but the internet is not stable. The pool table is fun except the room it is in doesn't permit the use of a standard cue. There is a short one. If a home lists amenities, those amenities should work.

Comfy beds. Grandkids love all of the games, tree house and swing. Firepit was terrific. Definately staying here again

Wonderful house to use while going on a west coast adventure. Fire pit is wonderful, beautiful deck and yard (yes there is a hot tub on the deck that is not running, sad but they never said there was a hot tub so didn’t expect one anyways) kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom is beautiful (with heated floor!), bedrooms are nice (beds are on the firm side), the living room is great the sectional is very comfy and tv is large. Pool table isn’t the best, needs new slate and it’s in a very small room, can’t use full size cues so we didn’t use it as much as we planned. Dishwasher isn’t the best either. Sure it needs some modernizing but overall it was worth it. Had a great stay.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Aubrey. We apologize the home does not have a hot tub as an amenity. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to look into further. We hope we have the chance to host you again!

This was a lovely home in a nice area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet and private house. Good for kids. Nicely set up kitchen.

I brought my family here for some time away from home and to celebrate my son's birthday. We had a great time. I would be happy to stay there again.

What I liked:
Spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped, heat works well.
Upgraded bathroom with heated tile flooring.
While there are neighbors, you won't notice them as there are trees and enough space to provide a private feel. We had nice weather and the deck was great for sipping coffee and enjoying the mornings.

We had to reset the WIFI router (just power cycle it) in order for our devices to see it, but otherwise worked well.

What's not to like:
Not much to say here really. The location is not specifically close to stores or restaurants but pizza delivery is within reach. The pool table is fun if you use the short stick and don't take it seriously. I would be cautious with curious toddlers, this house is not very baby proof as there are a lot of tiny items on display in the window sills and various other places.

We loved this home. Nice big livingroom and a eat in kitchen. Bedrooms are a good size although no bathroom in the master (actually only one bathroom at all). Loved the deck and built in firepit. Lots of parking for my truck and my wife's car. Good amount of room for dog walks on the property. If you want country living, this is it. We woke every morning to a rooster crowing and chickens and ducks clucking and quacking. Close to Sunset beach and close to a Walmart and other stores if you forgot to bring something. Now for the bad... The bathroom was recently remodeled and it looks nice (heated tile floor is a nice touch) but the tub didn't drain well and by the time you are done with your shower you are standing in dirty water up over your ankles. Also there is a pool table but there isn't really any room to shoot. We had to take the pool cues apart and only use half of it. Also most of the pool cues had the tips broken off. Fortunately they had glue there and some extra tips so that wasn't too bad. All in all we all enjoyed the place and would recommend it again (and we will probably be back again next year for our annual Coos Bay trip).
Manager response:
Hello Raymond, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for the issues with the drain and pool cues. We have notified our local management team to have them address this. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we have a chance to host you again in the future.

Perfect house for a golf weekend at Bandon Dunes. Clean and organized.
