mid december is admittedly an odd time to be on vacation in portland me, but unseasonably warm weather and lack of snow worked out to our advantage even if half the state shuts down in october. this house was an easy walk to good restaurants, bars, and an out of this world hilltop sunset view. it was meticulously clean and everything in the home was in good working order. there are people living above the unit, and they were somewhat audible walking around, but everything got very quiet after 10pm, so it was not an issue for us. would definitely stay here again, but maybe before the October shutdown ;-)

We loved this house and wish we could live in one just like it! Plenty of space and very comfortable bed. Great location, beautiful kitchen, and nice bathroom!

nice place—new and attractive, comfortable bed, A/C worked well, ang great locationon the east end with lots of restaurants near by. Annoyances were: #1. an App-based tv. Difficult to use and the problems that can happen when you stream—frame freezes, dropouts, pixelization—can happen on any station. #2- when we arrived and saw a brand new kitchen, we said wow! however found that the ice maker and filtered water on the fridge didn’t work. Reported to the management company on the Wednesday we arrived—not resolved until Monday. #3 Safety issue: found that when you were reheating a cup of coffee and using the toaster oven at the same time, it popped the circuit breaker. dangerous and needs to addressed by an electrician.
Manager response:
Hi, Kristine! We appreciate you leaving your review for us. We have found resetting the router helps if the TV becomes pixelated. The toaster has been placed on a different circuit breaker. We do apologize for the miscommunication on our end that caused a delayed resolution for the ice and water dispenser. Hopefully we have the opportunity to host you again!

This apartment is well located, on the first floor (3 steps to the door) and has its own dedicated parking place right by the entrance. It appears to have been recently renovated and beautifully done at that. And, with the bedroom in the back it was very quiet for sleeping.
There were 2 of us and this is a fairly spacious apartment with a large living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The washer and dryer are a nice feature.

We loved the decor, the layout and the location of this apartment. You could stay there for a short visit or an extended stay because they had EVERYTHING we needed. We walked to many stores and restaurant--there's even a Whole Foods that's a 3-minute drive away. The only little quirk was a TV signal that was a bit sporadic at times. We highly recommend this place as a way to adventure through Portland!
