Find both tranquility and convenience at this comfortable studio condo, where you'll be just a few steps from the base of the Weider Express High-Speed Lift on the north side of Blue Mountain Resort. Ideally situated at the back of the North Creek Resort complex, this quiet condo features two decks with views of the surrounding woodlands, an electric fireplace to keep you warm as you read or watch TV, and shared on-site amenities that include a seasonal pool and tennis courts! After working up a sweat on the courts or slopes, the brand new walk-in shower will be just the place to rinse off and slip into relaxation mode.
This complex sits less than a quarter-mile from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift and directly on the route of the free resort shuttle bus, which connects to Blue Mountain Village (less than a mile south) and its dozens of restaurants, shops, and recreational outfitters. Come warmer weather, you'll be only one mile south of Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay (a fantastic spot for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding), one mile north of Monterra Golf (and within a 12-mile drive of four other courses), and 20 miles west of Wasaga Beach.
Things to know: Please note that this home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC.

Parking notes: Parking passes are NOT REQUIRED at our North Creek Resort units. When staying at your Vacasa North Creek Resort rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Development Parking Lot.
Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.

The place was great to stay in and very close to the resort village - you could probably walk or bike there but it’s a 2-3 min drive. The lock is somewhat strange and requires some strength to actually unlock sometimes but you get used to it. Property comes with some great handy things like fridge, microwave etc and included cutlery, dishes, dish soap, etc so you don’t have to buy those things, there’s even a dishwasher.
Bathroom is good, there is a community pool and tennis court you get free access to as well. Free parking was convenient and easy, irs just right out front and the area is secluded to guests no worrying about strangers breaking in off the street. It really is a pretty area. The only complaints I’d say are the sticker for wifi on the fridge, the slip from the unit on the table are both outdated and you get the wifi code in your email from vacasa. Also the fees are weird… 3 nights for the actual rental costed about the same as the fees themselves… why am I paying for housekeeping AND cleaning as separate charges? I took out my own garbage, did the dishes etc. it’s quite pricy for the fees and I’m not sure the point or if they are actually valid to charge that much for. Otherwise a good place and recommend it.

The condo was in a great location. Ski lift was a short walk away and the main village was only a couple minute drive. Would recommend.

To start, the communication leading up to our arrival was excellent.
The location of this place was good with it only being a 2 minute drive to the Village.

This place wasn't the worst but also wasn't the best. As soon as we walked in the air smaller very stale and so damp the carpet felt damp. The fridge made a loud clunking noise every so often day and night as did the fireplace. There was also an opened bar of soap in the shower and an empty shampoo bottle. Now for the bed. We went to the spa prior to arriving to the condo and felt so amazing. One night in that mattress and everything was undone. By the second night we couldn't move our ba k and body hurt so much. I dont think we could have done another night even if we were booked. This was unfortunate as it was our honeymoon.

The location to the village is perfect. 5 minute car ride, 30 minute walk. The size for 3 people was good. The kitchen is a bit outdated. The fridge and the fire place made noise. But overall the location was quite. Bathroom was nice.

The place was a great location for being near blue mountain; a few flaws included:
- wifi would not connect/was not working
-fireplace was broken
-stovetop had two broken heaters
-shower leaked quite abit in the bathroom floor
-mild lack of information (did not know where the hot tub pictured was, was given wrong information over emails about code)
Otherwise stay sufficed but was overpriced for the stay we had, although I understand it was over New Years.
