This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: Parking passes are mandatory at 184 Snowbridge Way. When staying at 184 Snowbridge Way you are strictly limited to one vehicle within the development parking lot. Your one vehicle must always display a parking pass on your vehicle dashboard while in the Snowbridge parking lot. The parking spots are NOT marked/designated so please park your one vehicle in parking spot in front of or closest to your building in which your unit is located. (spots are based on availability).

Your 2nd vehicle can be parked overnight in a specific parking lot located on the NORTH SIDE of Jozo Weider Boulevard. This parking lot is located in between the Wintergreen condo development (107 Wintergreen Place) and the Mountain Walk condo development (169 Jozo Weider Boulevard). Access to this sizable parking lot is just off Wintergreen Place, very close to the intersection lights on the corner of Jozo Weider Boulevard and Wintergreen Place.

Here is a map that will be of great value to you in locating the parking lot for your 2nd vehicle (as detailed above).

Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.

As soon as you arrive at 184 Snowbridge Way you must immediately enter your Vacasa rental unit and retrieve your ONE parking pass (Vacasa Parking Permit) and immediately place the parking pass on the dashboard of your one permitted on-site vehicle (at 184 Snowbridge). This a vital part of the check-in process so as you are not ticketed or towed. At check-out you MUST BE CERTAIN to place your Vacasa parking pass back exactly where you located it within your Vacasa rental unit when you first checked-in.

Please note that parking space availability can sometimes be very limited. If there are no spaces available at 184 Snowbridge Way, it is the guest's responsibility to find a suitable place to legally park in the region.

Any lost parking pass (1) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/pass, which will be charged to your credit card on file.

We stayed here with 2 other couples and had the most amazing time. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of clean towels (extras in the closets) as well as extra pillows too. Location is great; a bit of a walk to the village but we knew that going in. It's a beautiful scenic walk. We were really happy and would highly recommend this condo.

Our experience from booking until check out has been nothing but great. Even though there were restrictions with the pool, everything was explained in detail through emails and you will have no problems booking in as long as you do it 24-48 hours prior. Check in was easy and just like what we expected. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. One thing i can say is to take your own shampoo as there was not enough for 6 people for 2 nights. And the only other thing was the pool was not that clean and had flies and leafs in it. Other than that we would definitely be back as we enjoyed our stay very much.

The location was great and size and decor or house wonderful. The problem was it’s cleanliness and upkeep. This very very disappointing considering we are in a pandemic. It quickly became apparent to us that we had to wash everything dish and utensil. Food was everywhere. Food was even left behind from last renter. There was hair all over couch and scotch tape all over walls in main room. We also had to go out and purchase dishwasher soap, garbage and recycling bags. These are basic things that should be left for renters on a house. Bathroom door lock was broken along with upstairs fan, screen door and door of dishwasher. We also felt that there was nobody we could call to rectify our problems. Previous to vacation I sent email to owner and it took them days to respond.

Loud construction in the unit below commencing at 7am - 6pm every day but Sunday; hammering, drilling, sawing, it was comically loud. Vacasa should have alerted us of this prior to renting. This was an 8 day rental.
Access to pool was very limited and not explained when renting.
Some areas were not clean (shower, fridge drawers, bed sheets). Connecting with Vacasa was straight forward but we were told a manager would follow up which never happened.
The unit itself was a very nice size and space, images represent well.

Local regulations recently changed, permitting construction work to begin earlier and end later in the day. We had no prior knowledge of the planned construction, so we were regrettably unable to provide you with forewarning in that regard. To clarify, there was information provided in your Trip Manager regarding limited access due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please know that our guest services line is available 24/7 should you have any questions or concerns. We hope that the compensation that you were provided shows our commitment to guest satisfaction, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you in the future for a truly relaxing stay!

The unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished. It was very clean and spacious. Our adult family of five plus 2 big dogs all found enough space for privacy when needed .

We loved the beautiful furnishings, decor and the keyless pad entry to enter the unit. There were a few issues with checking in. We also would recommend to clearly state in all booking sites, such as VRBO, the specific Covid restrictions that limited the use of the shared pool & restricted shuttle service. We chose this property based on its amenities, which were limited.

Upon arrival there were no parking passes so we had to go to the office which was located a few kilometers away. When we arrived at 4:30, the office was closed even though it was supposed to be open until six. We had to call a customer service representative that was not local to help us with the parking passes and provide us with more information about how to get the pool fob to access the shared pool. Our parking passes arrived soon there after and we received an additional phone call to tell us that there had been changes to the pool policy based on Covid. We were provided with a website that would allow us entry into the pool with restrictions. Every time we clicked on that website there was no availability at the pool. There was also renovation work happening outside our unit which gave us no privacy on our back deck during working hours. When we called to access the shuttle service that could take us to BlueMountain village, we were told that it was no longer available due to Covid restrictions. This information was not updated online or within the print material found in the unit.

We loved every inch of this cottage

Only complaint was the pool was they did have workers present during one morning of our stay- they had to remove railing and replace - it was done while we were out however with little kids it was a bit worrisome - other than that no complaints !

Good location for access to Blue Mountain and surrounding area. The property is spacious, well decorated, cleaned, and maintained. Comfortable beds. The Gothic arched windows upstairs need blinds or curtains to stop the 5am sun filling the bedrooms.

Was beautifully decorated and the perfect place for a ski get away as it’s minutes away from the hills and village plus a shuttle comes right to door. Only negative was the stairs going up to the unit but in nicer weather shouldn’t be an issue ..we were there during three days of blizzards! Will definitely stay again if need be:)
