Such a beautiful home, very clean and well organized. The only thing is that I could tell there were cats inside at some point. Two guests had severe allergies. Other than that would highly recommend and would def go back.

First, the good: Beautiful property. It was well kept, very clean, good layout and the size was great for a family. It had plenty of beds and enough bathrooms that every bedroom could have their own bath. Appliances were up to date, kitchen well stocked, etc...
The Bad: The listing included two parking spaces one of which was in the garage but the garage was not accessible. It had a rug on the ground and furniture stacked up. It was being used for storage. The inside garage door also did not lock. Not a problem if the outside door was closed but still having that door lock would have been nice. We also had a problem with a security alarm going off in the middle of the night. Most security alarms are installed near major entryways so you can dis-alarm them upon entry. This one was in the basement, in a bedroom closet and was connected to a circuit board - it was odd. The alarm went off in the middle of the night and when we found where the noise was coming from, there was an odd hand written note on it. Having watched way too many horror movies, we were all adequately freaked out. The kids wanted to bail right away. Luckily, we survived and were able to get in touch with the property manager once their office opened. The good news, she was great to work with. The bad news, the home owners didn't have a security system set up so there should not have been an alarm at all. Once we learned that, we were all a little freaked out again. We ended up checking out early, I'm sure there was a simple explanation but we didn't stick around to find out. Also, something to be aware of, the master bathroom has a large window that is in the front of the house. It's great light but you can look out the window and directly into the neighboring properties. Part of the window is covered with broken blinds but part isn't covered at all. If you want privacy in the bathroom you have to be careful where you stand or the neighbors might get an eyeful.
The Excellent: The property manager was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely kind, understanding, and even offered to come help us troubleshoot the alarm issue. When we decided to leave early, she was super accommodating and refunded our last night. Also, the location is amazing. We saw moose on the path behind the home & enjoyed several hikes/trailheads in the neighborhood. I would work with them again for sure, just hoping for no weird alarms next time.

Very nice condo with everything you need. Great views and close to everything. One of the nicest dog friendly places we have seen in Summit county. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the area. The largest bunk beds we have every seen.

Amazing views, amazing location, great condo! The two decks were perfect for sipping wine and gazing at the surrounding beauty, including the Gore Range. I will book this place again!

We loved the layout, including multiple bathrooms. Huge windows let in a lot of light & made for lovely views, gentle trail right behind. Perfect for the family members, including furry one

Great place. Fully stocked and nice size bedrooms. Bringing our pets was a major plus

This was a great place to stay - my family (including the dog) loved it. They really thought of everything - and it was so nice to have the walkways shoveled with all the crazy snow.

We booked this condo for a weekend of skiing and pond hockey and couldn't have been more pleased with the property. There was enough space for 6 of us to spread out and relax, as well as enough room in the garage for all of our hockey equipment and skiing gear.

The furniture and beds were comfy and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

It's at the end of a row of homes, so you only share one wall with your neighbors and the views to the south of the property are amazing.

The home is an end unit next to a trail. With the views of the mountains from the windows or the patio. It was very spacious and well equipped, clean and comfortable. WiFi worked as did the showers. We will very probably return. Thank you

The house was very comfortable and had a great set up for our family. We didn't do much cooking, but from what we could tell, the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the set up with the living room set below the dining area, so we could easily look down at our kids playing in there. The garage isn't really usable for a large car (we had our minivan) because it is pretty small and has a lot of other things in it - would probably work for a smaller car though. It was nice though to be able to back the car up to it and unload through there.
