A quick three day midweek trip to the Cape to rejuvenate. Tree Top Oasis is your quintessential Cape Cod house. Pine wood floors and large outside deck for the obligatory lobster and clams at night. Fish store just down the road as well as bakeries and sit down restaurants .
Sleeping on Three levels with finished basement bunk room , on ground level a bit damp. Tree Top Oasis could easily accommodate 10+.
The summertime drawbacks when we were in 85-90 degree heat is the absence of AC and relying on fans. I lived on the cape in the 70's and climate change is REAL!
A short drive to the National Seashore beaches and we off roaded the whole time. Lots of seals but no Great Whites seen although they were sighted by Nauset, P town just up the road for the sights and sounds of this very interesting community. It hasn't changed over 40 years which makes it so special.
All in all Treetop Oasis is exactly the place for the beacher who wants a taste of the Cape without staying in a motel and a large group. Just open the windows and turn on the fans and enjoy the Cape as a local

Great House, lots of beds and space for large group. Only 10 min away from Longnook and Ballston beaches, both very nice beaches. Big driveway, lots of privacy, large wrap around deck. Only 15 minutes from Wellfleet beachcomber, very convenient that everything is so close by 10/10 would rent again!

This house is well maintained with magnificent all around deck (we were able to find a shady spot all day long) and a very convenient location: easy access to Truro village, beach, and ponds. The space is vey family-friendly, the kids loved their private basement haven and created awesome memories. We loved it so much we rented an additional week this summer and can’t wait to be back.

I rent every year in Truro and this spot is a gem. I could sit on the deck for hours. Great location and perfect spot for two families to share.

This was a great house for our vacation. Our family of 4 and our friends who are a family of 5 had a great week in this house. There was ample shared living and dining space and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Since our kids are all still young, we split the sleeping space in the house with one family in the basement bunk room and the other upstairs, and that worked out very well. The recently renovated basement space was especially nice. I can envision future years when the kids are older they will all be staying down there together. The outdoor deck was lovely (although definitely bring bug spray as for any wooded area on Cape Cod), and the quiet neighborhood and wooded surroundings gave us plenty of privacy. The week we were there was extremely hot for the Cape since it was well over over 90 degrees for multiple days, but fans worked to keep the air moving, and everything cooled down well in the evening. We went into Provincetown for activities and beaches everyday. The house was conveniently located to the highway for a quick trip into town. There were some neat trails and beaches reachable from the house if you have older children or are a group of adults. We will definitely be staying in this house again. It was wonderful.

The house was perfect - big, clean, great kitchen area with a nice living room and large deck. This house is very close to the vineyard and P-town. Would highly recommend!

I've stayed in vacation houses all over the place and this is one of the best I've seen! First, if you are a group this house is perfect for you. There are 3 levels and so many places to either be together as a big group or section off if you want to be alone. If the kids want to do their own thing, there is a whole space for them on the lower level. The best feature is the wrap around porch - the kids played trains on one end while the adults grilled out and enjoyed wine on the other side. There was space for everybody to sprawl out! The kitchen is well-appointed and we found absolutely everything we needed for our at home dinners. The location is a quick drive to P-town and feels very private with all the lush greenery around. The decor is well thought out and reflective of the area. This is an extremely enjoyable home to vacation in and I would not hesitate to rent it again!

Wonderful house and location, really helpful and welcoming hosts! Plenty of room for a group -- the downstairs bunk room is perfect for kids, and nice private rooms upstairs for the adults. Cozy location up in the treetops, wonderful deck. Close to the national park, beaches and Provincetown... and yet completely private and quiet after a day of hiking, biking, or being out on the town. Everything we needed, fun outdoor shower for the kids to wash the sand off, and plenty of room on the deck or in the living room for everybody to sit back and relax. Loved the spiral staircase!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is very spacious and accommodated a group of 12 ladies for a girls get-away weekend very comfortably. The pictures do not do this home justice. The main floor kitchen and living area are open and bright. The kitchen has everything you could need. There is plenty of space for a group of friends or several families and yet you feel very cozy here. The bunk room downstairs is much larger than you'd expect along with an open seating area and a large bathroom with a shower. The outside shower is also very nice. The porch is amazing, and wraps entirely around the house which was a great place to sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the wooded scenery. The location was great, it's a quick ride into town or to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to Provincetown, and restaurants nearby. The property is well- maintained and the accommodations perfect for a large family or group of friends. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay on the Cape

Excellently set up for a large group of adults and children, yet warm and cozy for the group of four, which we were. The house is newly updated from the photos I saw on the website. it is obvious the owners put a lot of thought in to making a comfortable and attractive spot for their guests. We enjoyed time wandering around P-town, where we had lunch and got a head start on our Christmas shopping! Nearby bayside beach was a nice place to relax and walk. You could even walk if you chose to a great locavore restaurant...Blackfish! I loved this more remote part of the Cape!

My stay at Tree Top Oasis was so enjoyable. The house was very comfortable with an open floor plan that allows for easy conversation with friends. The décor is beautiful but simple. The maps of the Cape on the wall and the dining room table came in very handy- a nice touch. The house is close to Provincetown and many beaches. It is easy to find, just a minute or two from Route 6.
