During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

Other features of this upscale, contemporary-style vacation rental include a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, a stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining table has seating for six and there are an additional four counter stools at the breakfast bar. The main bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom, as well as the living area, is equipped with TVs and DVD players. Please note that the third bedroom (pictured here with side-by-side twin beds) now includes a fun twin-over-queen bunk bed (updated photos coming soon)!
