This beautiful, third-floor, Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading out to a private 32-foot balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Your group's chef will love the kitchen and its extensive array of amenities. It features granite countertops and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals, so a memorable feast is always possible. The entire condo has hardwood floors with the exception of tile in the bathrooms.
The bathrooms have upgraded fixtures, cabinets, and decor with marble and stone accents. The primary bathroom is upgraded with a tiled jetted tub and a separate, large walk-in shower. The living room has a sofa with a smart TV and DVD player. The primary bedroom has a TV and DVD player as well as doors leading to the balcony. The guest bedroom has custom bunk beds and a queen bed.
