The unit was very spacious and convenient
access to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc
The shuttle staff were friendly and helpful in answer our questions
The unit were equipped with everything were needed. Had trouble running the dishwasher but maintenance man was there in less than 30 min of my phone call
We may rent multiple units in the future for family reunion

Everything in the home was very organized, clean, homy, and comfortable except the A/C. Once we figured out how to change the "hold" from 4 hours to 24 hours we were able to stay comfortable in the home. The temperature would reset every 4 hours to 75 degrees making it very uncomfortable to be in. Vacasa was unable to help us but they were responsive and tried to. We appreciated everyone trying to figure out the electrical company's thermostat. We would recommend Vacasa again!

The home was beautiful and bigger in person. We had plenty of room. We loved the beach club and how convenient it was.

We saw deer, eagles, herons, bluebirds even a turtle from the deck. When it was cold we sat below and it was warm and sheltered from the wind and sunny. Such a quiet relaxing place. House was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This home had every little thing you could need- well equipped kitchen and little touches throughout that make it so comfortable. Furniture is very nice, neighborhood is peaceful and the Beach Club is so great- even if it’s not great weather, you can still enjoy sitting at the beach in comfort, drink in hand. We spent hours just sitting on the deck and patio watching the birds, even saw an eagle! There were a couple glitches with key cards and missing batteries but all I had to do was call and Vacasa took care of it.

The house was absolutely lovely. It was very well stocked, and the shuttle to the beach was super convenient. Vacasa was very expedient when we had to call with a minor issue, and they sent someone to the house in less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Location. Decor set up of the house was well done and relaxing and made us feel right at home. Beds were super comfortable. Had games, puzzles, scenes in porch. Directions for arrival and departure were clear. Quick and polite responses to questions. Sweet amenities, sweet house. Take note: no staples (sugar, any spices -s&p, one dishwasher soap, ...)

We loved Everything!
William M. Jun 2020
We enjoyed the home and the beach club but Vacasa was difficult to communicate with. We called their office for 2 days and waited on hold for HOURS before we were able to talk with a representative.
Manager response:
William, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the home. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced when attempting to get a hold of us. Our guest services team is experiencing an inordinate number of calls and messages due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, leading to longer wait times over the phone. We hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future!
