2nd-floor condo with balcony at Waterscape! Waterfall, lazy river & beach chairs
Waterscape's A217 is adorned with beautiful decorations and stylish artwork. The living area and both bedrooms lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating and a partial ocean view. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tiled floors. Porcelain wood-look tile is in the living room and bedrooms with LED lighting throughout the condo. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided and a full-size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen area. The dining room table seats four and is brightly lit with a designer chandelier on a dimmer switch. There are three bar stools in the dining area for extra seating. The living area has a sofa, love seat, two rocking recliners, and a 50” TV with DVD player.
There is a half bath located off the main living area near the bunk room. The main bedroom has a king bed, a 42” TV and DVD player. The main bath has a standard tub with accessible bars, a huge walk-in shower, an antique vanity, and a 24" TV in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, a 47” TV with DVD player, and a private bath with a separate stand-up shower and tub and a 24” TV in the bathroom. This condo also has a twin bunk room and each has a 19" TV. The bunk room has a door that closes for privacy.
The location of this condo is literally a few steps away from the pools, the fitness center, the DVD video rental machine, the trash chute, and is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach

Parking notes: GARAGE PARKING ONLY. Parking garage offers open parking, no assigned spaces. 2 parking passes allowed per unit. DO NOT PARK in parking lot located in front of Waterscape or you will be towed. HOA WILL NOT ALLOW ANY BOATS, TRAILERS, OR JET SKIS ON PROPERTY AT ALL. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.
GARAGE HEIGHT INFORMATION: North Entrance - 9'2" & South Entrance- 7'2" All vehicles between 7'2" - 9'2" will have limited parking available on the 1st floor by north entrance of parking garage. All other vehicles will need to be 7'2' or under to park on first floor and upper levels of parking garage.

Condo was very clean and just as it was described. We arrived after hours and check in was still a breeze. Everyone was super helpful and polite. Loved the location and the amenities available on-site. Definitely want to come back again!

Nice, clean room. Beds/sheets very clean/crisp, but mattress too soft for my taste. Ran out of kitchen trash bags after day 4. Great locatio for pool access.

Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. Unit was clean, property managers were very easy to reach with questions via text, this unit is a perfect location for pool access. Great spot for families with kids - that being said, I wouldn't recommend this property for couples looking for a quiet stay, but it was PERFECT for us! Our little one was constantly entertained.

We have had the opportunity to visit a few different units at Waterscapes and this one has been our favorite! Extremely clean, plenty of pillows and places to relax in the living room. The beds are huge and so comfortable! The bathrooms are also quite large with plenty of room to get ready with kids. The kids loved having their own tv's in their bunkbeds! Can not say enough good things. We loved everything about this unit and will be back!

The beds (mattress) were very comfortable, which is a big deal for me, but the box springs were way too noisy when we sat on them or rolled over!! Please replace the box springs!!! It was great having a bunk area with door to close for a portacrib. The description says there's a queen size sofa bed. Well, our daughter slept on the sofa as her "bed", but it was only a sofa, not a sleeper sofa! Please check your description.
