The pool and hot tubs are outdoor facilities at the Cascade Lodge. For the safety of our guests, heavy snow, cold temperatures, and/or icy conditions will determine if the pool and hot tubs are available.
Please note: In May 2022, the building elevators will be under renovation. This will involve some noise and disruption. One of the two elevators will remain operational at all times. Guests should expect longer wait times when using the elevators. Some noise may also occur during the day and may affect some guest rooms around the elevator areas on each floor. For any concerns or questions on this renovation, please contact the front desk.

- Parking notes: Underground pay-to-park is available for guests and is located down the ramp, on the right-hand side as you exit the lobby. There is pedestrian access to the parking garage, adjacent to the vehicle access. Guests will be provided a key code at check-in that will grant them access to the parkade. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $21 per 24-hour period (including tax) and parking can be purchased via the self service parking machine in the parkade elevator lobby. The machine accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Alternative payment methods include the mobile app PayByPhone (location 1870).
Maximum parking clearance is 6'9'. If your vehicle exceeds the height maximum, the best option for parking within the resort is the privately operated, year-round underground parking underneath Whistler Town Plaza. The lot is located underneath Eagle Lodge and is accessible either via Blackcomb Way (beside the Brewhouse) or via Main Street, under the library. Maximum height is 12'2' and the rate is $30 per night (plus tax) from the self-serve machine at Town Plaza.
