Renovated waterfront home w/ lake view, 3 kayaks, dock, firepit & fireplace!

Beautifully positioned on the edge of Little Pea Porridge Pond with serene views of the water through the trees, this four-bedroom waterfront home is the New Hampshire retreat you've been searching for. Breathe in the fresh air outside on the wrap-around deck at sunrise, head down the staircase to reach the dock, and launch one of the three provided kayaks for a quiet morning paddle on the pond. You'll come home to a fully renovated living space, where you can whip up a homemade breakfast in the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, linger around the dining room table with a hot mug of coffee, and use the free WiFi to read the paper in the warmth of the stone fireplace. Enjoy easy access to nearby beaches on the pond, central AC for warm summer days and nights, and a seasonal firepit beneath the trees where you can roast s'mores with a view of the water. After an evening of movies on the large Smart TV in the living room, you can retire to one of the four bedrooms - a room with a double bed on the main level, a spacious room with a queen bed downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and another with two sets of bunk beds.

What's nearby:
This lakefront home is located on the western shores of Little Pea Porridge Pond, with easy access to five sandy association beaches in the immediate area, including Boulder Beach less than a quarter-mile down the road. When you're not exploring Little, Middle, and the largest Pea Porridge Pond by kayak, you'll be less than five miles south of downtown Conway, where you can meet up with the iconic Kancamagus Highway for a spectacular foliage drive in autumn. If you're visiting in winter, you'll have your choice of nearby ski slopes, including King Pine (eight miles south), Cranmore (11 miles north), and Attitash (18 miles northwest). Perfect spot to relax for a girls get away. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood, sitting in the deck and making a cozy fire to relax by. Very clean and wonderful communication made for an enjoyable get away!!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend. There was plenty of space and we really enjoyed that the house was right on the water. Perfect for floating all day. It was very convenient that there was trash pickup the next day as well!

Nice renovated place with optimization of space. Location is awesome, just on the Little pea pond. Nice firepit. Stairs to go to the pond and the pontoon have to be secured and replaced.

The place is waterfront which was perfect for a family or group of people looking for rest and relaxation. It was clean and spacious as well as stylish providing an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Kayaking and swimming in the lake is also an option which was also a plus for outdoor enthusiasts such as myself. Conway is also conveniently 20 minutes away from this home for any dining, shopping, or entertainment which was great to have nearby and as an option.

This place is the perfect getaway for family and friends. We really enjoyed our time canoeing, swimming in the pond, fishing. It’s much quieter than the larger lakes around but still close to Conway. The house is very well kept and modern. The swing chair was our favorite!

Great house on a great location on the water. Amenities were great, we made use of the fireplace and the kayaks. Really appreciated the responsiveness when we had questions. The house was just as expected when we got there.

Loved the location - easy access to Mt. Washington and Vermont.

We chose this house because it was large enough to fit our party of 8, close to North Conway and had water access. Overall, the house is very nice. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one being the four bed bunk room, one bedroom on the main floor and one bedroom downstairs. This floor plan worked great for us, as each family had it`s own floor. Other upsides of the house: large kitchen and open floor plan, nice large deck, big fire pit area, three good kayaks and the small pond the house is on opens up to a bit of a larger pond. Downsides:the walk down the hill to the water was slightly trecherous the day after it rained, you can`t swim off the dock (but you can go to the beach which is in walking distance) and the house has all Ikea furniture which is fine except all the tables are wobbly. Overall, we really liked the house and would stay there again but probably without kids as the house and land aren`t really set up to have kids there.

I have to say that it was a great experience....our party of 10 loved every second spent in our vacation rental, everything was perfect... nice, clean, cozy, harming and it feels like home....the kids loved their own space as they could share the double bunk bed room, Netflix available was a good plus, wifi shared amount 8 smartphone and tablets with remarkable speed. The property has it all, fully equipped kichen, comfortable and modern decoration, the access was clear and easy (excellent snow removal). We can not wait for spring and summer time to go back... WE LOVE OUR EXPERIENCE

We had a great time! The house was clean and very nice. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking out to the middle pond. The neighborhood is great for running too!

This is a very cozy and beautiful house where we were 2 families with children staying. Excellent kitchen, distribution and VIEW!!!. It could use some small minor repairments and tune ups that we reported but nothing out of the ordinary. It was our only complaint but other than that, the house was excellent!!! Btw we were recommended to use 4 x 4 cars when snow is in excess. We had a snow storm one of the days and one of the cars was not able to go out because it was not a 4 x 4 car. Id love to stay next year!!!
