Friendly and built for letting in sunshine, this home is ready to welcome you all to the unique beaches and attractions of the area. But you'll fall in love with the sheer number of gathering places this home features, from the first outside patio to the balconies attached to nearly every bedroom. Cook up breakfast in the full kitchen, where up to five guests can enjoy it at the raised breakfast bar. Better yet, take the party up to the third floor living room and set up drinks and snacks at the wet bar style kitchenette. This floor features a living room space with cafe seating in addition to a huge furnished deck! Of course, guests can all enjoy access to Carillon's shared community pools during their stay.

When it's time to split off for the night, this home's bedrooms have all you need to relax. The first bedroom is on the lowest floor of the home, and features four windows and a private entrance to the hall bathroom that features a full standalone shower. Up the stairs, just turn right to find the second bedroom. This fun room features two sets of bunk beds, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom down the hall is the main bedroom of the house and features a private furnished balcony, a lovely four poster bed, and a deluxe en suite bathroom that features a standalone shower, soaking tub, and double sinks. The extrovert of the group will love the fourth bedroom, based right off the upstairs living room. This bright bedroom features a private balcony, three windows (and a glass door) that let in plenty of natural light, and a private door to the hallway's full bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV.

Beach access is just a short walk away! Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just under eight miles away. The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers beautiful views of the Gulf to those ready to hop on for a ride. Guests will be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Phat Crab and Sandbar Seafood & BBQ Joint (both under one mile away). Guests who brought their clubs will appreciate being just under 10 miles from the Holiday Golf Club.
