The secluded location is away from the traffic noise and just steps to a private beach, so you will have your own sense of peace and quiet away from it all. The newly remodeled kitchen is absolutely adorable with bright accents and modern appliances, and a brand new Roman-style pool and spa await out back. The first floor features a separate bedroom and bath that would be ideal for elderly family members or teenagers who want a little separation from the adults upstairs. This beach shack is situated on an extra-large lot and has been owned by the same family for generations with much love. Relax on the front porch for morning coffee with Gulf breezes and then gather around the firepit in the evenings.
Things to Know
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October
