Location was great!! Every bedroom had its own restroom with the kitchen and living area floor having another. Good privacy around the home. Would definitely book this location if I ever visit Nashville again.

We came for a girls weekend. Condo was very nice and held 8 of us very comfortably. Location was good. We parked in garage and ubered every where. Not a far Uber ride from anywhere we went. Thought it was nice and clean. Vacasa did a great job keeping me updated with code, etc. would definitely recommend.

This was a great house for our bachelorette weekend. We had five in our group and there was plenty of room. Definitely enough room for maybe 3 more people. Short uber drive to downtown and any restaurants. It is in a pretty quiet area and the back faces the soccer stadium so there isn’t a lot of traffic. Great place for the weekend!

We loved the spaciousness and decor of the townhome. It was in a great location and not far from many attractions and restaurants, but away from the Broadway Avenue crowds. Area was pretty quiet as well.

It was a great place and very spacious for 3 couples. There was a queen bedroom on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor was the main living area with a living room and kitchen and the 3rd floor had a queen bedroom and master with king bed. We had a minor issue with the keypad to the house but it was quickly resolved.
Traveling was easy and we never had to wait long for an uber.
We visited the flea market at the fairgrounds right next the complex. We also had a nice breakfast at the Loading Dock and Fenwick's 300 that were not far from the condo. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and accommodating for our group! Keypad didn’t work but a quick phone call gave us access to keys that we were able to use for our stay. Wish it was within walking distance to more attractions but a quick (but expensive) Uber ride got us where we wanted to go. Hope to be back to visit again!

As an alternative to staying in city center, this is a great location. It can be noisy with the stadium right there, but the events are usually daytime. Easy to jump on 65 to get into the Broadway area.

The unit is spacious with 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath, so having 5 19-22 year olds with us was a breeze for them getting ready.

Parking in the rear was spacious. You can for 2 cars in the garage, but we had a 24’ motor coach that fit very nicely in the back of the parking area.

The unit is clean and well cared for. Some hiccups with the management company (reason for the 4 stars), but we would stay there again.

The place was really spacious and accommodating to 3 couples staying for a long weekend. We were able to get a Lyft driver and was downtown within 5-8 minutes. We enjoyed our stay.

Condo was clean and in good condition. The lock code to get in was very tricky. Short distance to Broadway which made a quick Uber ride.
