Easily access a plethora of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Popponesset Marketplace, an open-air shopping village known for popular entertainment, great restaurants, boutique shops, and mini-golf. Kids will love visiting the Cape Cod Children's Museum (two and a half miles). Find outdoor adventure amidst 341 acres of natural beauty at Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge (seven miles).

Kick back on the sofa and armchairs in the open living room while enjoying the warm ambience of a wood-burning fireplace. Stream shows in the bonus living area, complete with a sectional, sofa, armchair, and 40-inch TV with Roku. When mealtime comes, prepare family favorite recipes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the formal dining table that seats six.

Find ultimate privacy in the downstairs primary suite, featuring cathedral ceilings, a 37-inch TV (with an HDMI port but no cable), a rocking chair, a large walk-in closet, and direct deck access. The en suite bath is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The back deck is furnished with two Adirondack chairs where you can sip morning coffee in the fresh sea air. Read a book or soak up the sun on two loungers. In the evening, make use of the gas grill and dine at the outdoor table for four. After beach days, rinse off in your outdoor shower.
