The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Enjoyed the patios with gorgeous ocean and bay views and comfy chairs to relax in. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

While we enjoyed being so close to the beach and using the balcony on the ocean and one on the bay, the condo needs work. The carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced with tile. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable, but the bedrooms and dining set need replacement. They might be original. The bathrooms have been redone, but there was paint peeling off the walls in the bedrooms. The blinds were also broken, and balcony doors did not lock or work properly. The toilet was also broken when we arrived, and we had to call maintenance. The vent in the one bathroom was missing the cover and was extremely dirty. A lot of problems for a condo. Repair work and updates need to be made.

we had 1 functioning TV opposed to 4?? This is totally unacceptable?? The one in the living room worked perfectly, there wasn`t one in the master bedroom, both other bedrooms had a TV but neither had a box & one didn`t even have a remote?? This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
