This house is ON the beach! We saw dolphins, turtles, so many birds right outside the house. It was a great location. The house isn’t anything fancy but it had everything we needed for a fun Christmas getaway with family!

Location, location, location! The deck was awesome. The home was a bit musty smelling and it provided bare bones necessities, but the location and deck make up for any shortcomings in this older vacation home.

This house is located in the perfect place. The porch with a screened-in section was fabulous. We also like the layout of the house inside. It could use some updating like the sofas and beds that were a bit uncomfortable. We had some issues with the housekeeping (moldy shower curtain and the family before us had a dog that must have had an accident on the carpet). Vacasa sent someone out immediately to fix these issues and was very responsive.

Being beach front makes life easier for these two retirees. It's not fancy, but is roomy and clean. Beginning to show it's age, outdated bathroom and uncomfortable living room furniture. But the upside of location and cleanliness more than makes up for it. Wish check in could be earlier.
