The house is in a perfect location for NAU parents visiting, close to campus & easy to get to.

The house is cute with a one car garage, porch, and deck. It is located half a block from the NAU north campus and also just a few blocks from downtown--an easy walk. It is also a short walk to the Sawmill shopping center with Whole Foods, stores, and restaurants. O'Leary's corner store is a 2 minute walk away. The two queen beds are comfortable and the daybed in the room with a skylight seems good for a 5th guest. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils, plus a dishwasher. There are games, blankets, and books as well as extra folding chairs in the garage. Will stay again!

Stayed here for a funeral. It was a very nice place and was pet friendly. So grateful for the garage and great location. Plenty of space and very cute. My only comment is both bedrooms have very hard beds. So I slept on futon instead of bed, and son slept on couch. Both of us were sore after sleeping the first night in beds. Perhaps some foam over the beds with a fluffy bed cover would help. Loved the stay except for that. Thank you so much. Loved the sky light in the one bedroom too.
Manager response:
Deidre, thank you for the review after your recent stay with us. We are sorry for your loss. Beds tend to be subjective to the individual. We apologize that neither of the beds was in your comfort zone. Your suggestions will be passed on to the local staff. We hope to host you again. Thank you for choosing to book with Vcasa!

If you tune into the frequency of the singing pipes with your “om mantra” chants, it can be quite enjoyable. Otherwise, they’re incredibly annoying. The location is nice for an easy walk downtown to great restaurants. Bare bones for household amenities.
Manager response:
Hi, Graham! Thank you for letting us know about your stay. We have been unable to locate any problems with the pipes, nor have we heard any similar complaints, but we will certainly keep an 'ear' out for them. We hope to see you again!

Very nice two bedroom townhome in middle of Flagstaff, just a few blocks from downtown. Clean, comfortable, stocked kitchen for cooking meals, comfortable beds. Nice interior decor; hardwood floors. Loved the thermostat controlled gas fire stove that warmed up the home quickly. I would look for this townhome if ever again in Flagstaff.

We loved the property. It was perfect for us. Great location very clean house. The only thing I would say may need to be fixed is when you turn the water on the pipes make a very loud humming noise. The downstairs bathroom was probably the worst because the humming sound lasted long after the water was turned off. Also be sure you close the refrigerator tight it's difficult to be sure it has a good seal unless you press on it after closing it. These things did not ruin our trip. The house was perfect for us. It reminded us of our NAU days. It's a typical Flagstaff house that's very clean, cute, with lots of porches to enjoy the outdoors. We will definitely stay again.
