This was a perfect place to get away for the weekend. Beautiful house with a view and plenty for room for my family.
Lindsay C. Jan 2022
The house is beautiful and convenient to multiple ski areas. Five of us plus a dog were very comfortable and enjoyed having a big fireplace and the great view. We hope to go back!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days for a ski getaway. Everything in the home is brand new and very clean. Lots of space to accommodate my family and I. We would definitely stay here again!

Positives
THE VIEW is amazing from this house, from inside and out.
Location is ideal to North Conway.
Kitchen is nice and functional.
Shower pressure is amazing. Shampoo/Conditioner good if you forget yours.
Clean (other than the bugs mentioned below)
Doesn't smell like animals even though it's dog friendly.
Didn't use the firepit outside, but it's very large and looks nice.
Plenty of firewood onsite.

Negatives
Bugs - lots of Asian Lady Beetles in the house, in the garage, on the deck...everywhere. They are harmful to dogs so we weren't happy that we had to constantly worry about our dog eating them. We couldn't find a broom to clean them up, but we did find a vacuum cleaner.
In addition to the beetles, there were dead flies and wasps mixed in. There were also a lot of small flies/gnats in the windows so we couldn't open them at all.
The deck rails and boards need some TLC. There is also a gap in between the two rails that my kids can fit through...we would not allow them on the deck by themselves.
No chairs on the deck.
We used the fireplace and smoke got into the downstairs room. I think this the blown air system in the house took it downstairs through the return, but I'm not sure. It was never smoky in the living room where the fireplace is.
Initial response to the bug complaint was quick, however, nobody has reached out to me since the morning after.
Manager response:
Thank you for telling us about your stay, Adam. We apologize for the concerns you had and hope the compensation provided helped alleviate some of your frustrations. Hopefully we can provide you with a better experience next time.

Great location, house looked to be recently updated, and very well kept. Thumbs up!
