This is a great location however the smell of the room is OLD, appliance outdated, tubs and showers need deep cleaning and fixed. Your property could be too notched if someone took the time to really care about it. Care about the smell and cleanliness of each crevice. It’s worth the time because then it’ll be worth the money. Shower head sprayed everywhere, hole in curtain, nasty crevices around walk in shower, smell OLD, sink in kitchen drain nasty. It should really be better because it’s a beautiful property but I can’t 100% say I’d re-rent it. Also I walked up on a raccoon by mistake in the breezeway. I almost fainted 🤦🏾‍♀️

Space was adequate and comfortable. Some cosmetic issues but all and all just fine for the price and location. No access to the pool when booked through Vacasa.

Location is great for the theme parks

In the 2nd bathroom the bath tub handle broke. We had to go to Walmart to purchase a pair of Plyer’s to cut the tub water off. We called they came around 24 hours later to only walk in and say I have to go get a part they never come back. As we waited on them the afternoon. It’s misleading as you have pictures of the pool and workout that are not available because we booked through Vacasa. The dresser drawers are broke so can’t put away your clothes. This is a big place and very easy to get anywhere. It just needs some upkeep. We really enjoyed being able to have our 4 legged baby as well.

The word I would use to describe World quest Wonderland is worn out.
space- plenty of space in the rooms, dining, and patio. Master bathroom is great.
Beds- all comfortable
Supplies- dish soap, laundry & dishwasher were included for the first few uses, as well as a roll of paper towels and trash bags.
Screened balcony: a nice place to sit outside without any bugs.
Property Manager- very responsive. Came out after hours to look at A/C and couch. Brought a couch cover the next morning. Requested a partial refund for A/C problems before I even asked him to.
No clutter: other than the carpet, the house is simple and clean with no clutter.
Ice machine worked.
Elevator- we didn’t use it but great for those who need it.
Grounds are well maintained
the couch has multiple large stains. I’m not easily grossed out, but this was unacceptable for a rental property. I covered it with towels until the property manager brought a couch cover
Carpet- needed to be vacuumed better. Had threadbare spots. Pretty worn.
Ceiling fan in master bed room did not work.
Keypad entry: there are NO INSTRUCTIONS before arrival or upon arrival on how to use the keypad. We thought it didn’t work and lugged our luggage around in the rain to different buildings because it’s not intuitive. Instructions should be emailed before arrival.
Arrival instructions: mostly non existent. It took us 30 minutes to figure out where the room was located because the room number sent to us was not the number by the door of the condo. The condo was not in the building you would assume it’s in by the room number.
Falsely advertised-this rental does not have pool access. You will not receive a keycard to use the pool. If you happen to be at the gate when someone is going in or out, you can use it. Whomever is in charge of the vacasa rental description should have immediately changed this when notified months ago by a previous renter.
Warn out- there were many little things wrong with the unit that I notified Vacasa of so that I wouldn’t be charged for them. None of them affected my stay negatively.
A/C was out: this was unfortunate, but it is an unpredictable issue and not neglect. It was fixed the next day by 9pm.
VACASA: I don’t think I’ll book through Vacasa again. They don’t have locations all over the US. Their customer service has been ok at times and even excellent when I’ve spoken with managers, but I asked to be moved to another property due to the A/C and received no response. I texted again 6 hours later, when I wanted to come home from the parks and rest in a cool space during the hottest part of the day. Still no solution to move, just wait to see if the A/C could be fixed between 6-10pm. I had a vacasa credit from a previous stay that was difficult to use due to lack of properties near me or locations I traveled to. They did extend it.
World quest wonderland could be a great rental if: carpet is replaced, couches replaced or cleaned, sink sprayer replaced, fan fixed, bench recovered in master, screen replaced in master, instructions for keypad and rental location emailed prior to arrival, hospitality increased such as welcome binder and coffee filters and 1 day of coffee included. These wouldn’t take too much to fix and this could be an awesome option!

the central air was not working properly the furniture is old and the mattress in the master bed room needs to be replace hard but overall a beautiful place we had a wonderfultime beautiful place to stay my family enjoyed

Key code wouldn’t work at check in. No pool key for the “shared” pool even though it was listed as an amenity. Rude operator on first call. No call back after multiple attempts to get a pool key, even though we were assured we would hear back. Rushed us out before 10. Went to walk dog thank heavens husband still in room becAuse the key code didn’t work when I tried to get back in.
