The accommodations of the lodging was very good and the setting and view of the ocean was great. The only drawback was that one of the parking garage elevators was out of order and I could not contact management to request repair.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Vernon. The HOA is aware of the elevator and will be working on a repair as soon as possible. We look forward to hosting you again!

We really enjoyed out stay at Neptune`s Turtle. The condo was very clean and you can`t beat the amazing view. Our only issues were with the complex itself, not the individual condo. The pools, which were advertised as being `open`- and was updated on the website...was in fact not open. The outside balconies of the units need some MAJOR TLC. Lots of peeling paint, mold, etc. We enjoyed sitting out on balcony at night listening to the ocean! Overall, it was a great trip. Check-in was a breeze. This unit had an oceanfront location. The cleaning crew was just finishing up when we arrived. CONS: -We were told that they were too many bugs on the porch so they didn’t bother to clean them off because they would just come back. -There’s no way on this planet that the deck furniture was new this year. On 1 deck, only 1 chair had back cushions. On the other deck, the table was so rusted and the metal was flaking I was afraid I would need a tetanus shot if I sat at it. Also, -The beach equipment was terrible. We found 2 working chairs snd actually had to go out and buy the rest. Only 1 umbrella worked. Not something I wanted to do on vacation.-This property seriously needs luggage carts.-The bathroom in the queen-sized bedroom was not cleaned thoroughly. There was urine along the bottom of the toilet.-Lights in several bathrooms were blown out including the main light in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. Doesn’t anyone perform maintenance or don’t the cleaning people report this so it can be fixed?PROS-Oceanfront-it doesn’t get any better-Convenient 2nd floor location not far from elevator-Comfortable furniture-Very nicely decorated-Affordable price-Parking spot close to elevator This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This unit was awful! Carpet was so stained that the property manager agreed to have it cleaned after our check in, deck furniture was so rusted that we could not use it, I had to clean the shower in the master bathroom before we could use it, there was mold around the vents in the main living space, the knob on the cabinet under the main tv was held on with very gummy duct tape ( we actually thought it was bubble gum at first), and do much more. The beach was awesome and the staff was very helpful. I think we would try again but DEFINITELY not this unit. The unit has nice direct ocean views, a good amount of space for 4 people and makes a good initial impression but is somewhat tired and worn when you look more carefully. Only the master bedroom has a window to the outside. The other two bedrooms have windows to the corridor. Like many beach rentals, the unit felt dirty. There was carpet throughout which was extremely stained and dirty. The chairs in the bedrooms similarly were dirty as were the remotes, etc. There is only one fairly tiny balcony that we found usable. The other larger balcony had the air unit blowing air from the building into the center of it, which was loud and unpleasant. The table was placed away from that, but was directly next to the next unit’s balcony which gave no privacy when our neighbors were out. The small balcony was fine for four people to sit at a table though. Great access to the beach, but there were problems with the card key access to the building resulting in everyone having to walk in through the front of the parking garage to gain access. The rental company did not seem to place any priority on getting that fixed. Also, all pools and most facilities were closed for COVID.
