This perfectly located, condo is just steps from the courtyard pool and outdoor grilling area. This comfortably decorated condo offers beautiful ceramic tile floors and an open floor plan with plenty of room for the whole family. The living area provides a large TV for a fun evening watching the family's favorite movie, Netflix, or just catching up on the day’s events. There is also a foosball table in the living area for hours of entertainment, fun, and friendly competition. Step out onto the balcony through the sliding glass doors and watch the wonderful sunsets of the Back Bay.

The well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, large pantry, and plenty of closet space is perfect for the chef to create gourmet meals with our local seafood.

Step into the main suite with private bath and enjoy the luxurious bed, TV, and large walk-in closets. Bring everything you need as there is plenty of space. The main suite has a private entrance to the balcony for an evening cocktail or perhaps a morning coffee while listening to the sounds of the surf and relaxing to the “Summer Breeze”.

Bedroom two is furnished with a large queen bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. There’s room for everyone. Watch your favorite late-night entertainment with the TV in each room. There is also a full-size washer/dryer so you do not need to bring your entire wardrobe.

“Summer Breeze” provides the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation. There is also access to our storage unit which is conveniently located in the garage.

Use of condo amenities includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), and two fitness centers

Things to Know

• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
