In the condo, you can cook up a meal in the fully appointed kitchen equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, small breakfast bar with bar height stool seating for that quick bite before the beach fun! Outside on the first-floor poolside courtyard, you can grill out using one of the many different Viking gas grills and enjoy the teak-style patio seating. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know

• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
