Welcome to A301 where you will enjoy spectacular sunrises over the ocean and beautiful sunsets over the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve, right from your balcony. This wonderful condo has everything you need for a short or long-term stay on Sandbridge in Virginia Beach. And while you can certainly work or take classes from here (WiFi is included), we also think that any time spent by the ocean “Shore Beats Work”!

The living room features a large couch, 65” TV, desk, and lots of natural sunlight. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with a Keurig machine so you can enjoy a great cup of coffee on the balcony every morning. There is plenty of cookware and dishes for the whole family and a bar from which to mix those evening drinks.

The main bedroom is a tranquil oasis complete with a king bed, 42” TV, and private bathroom, as well as a comfortable chair to read a book in peace. Two walk-in closets provide plenty of space for extra storage. The second bedroom has another king bed, a 42” TV, plenty of storage space, and a private entrance to the bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for a third couple or children, with a full-size bed and twin over twin bunk beds. This room also has a TV.

Shore Beats Work offers plenty of space for the family to sit back and relax, study or work, spend time together, and re-connect. Every convenience of home is here, without the worries.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

Things to Know

• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
