False Cape Escape II is a pool lovers' paradise and a great family getaway. Located at pool level, it's bright and airy and just steps away from the courtyard pool and outdoor Viking grills. You are also conveniently located near the stairs for a quick getaway to the beach.

Fully equipped with three large TVs and DVD players in each room; there is a 55-inch TV with surround sound in the living room area. This condo is perfect for those who love to hang out by the pool and includes a private fenced-in patio with seating for six.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

THINGS TO KNOW

• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
• There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
