Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig, then step onto the private oceanfront balcony to take in the views and enjoy the coastal breeze. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large-screen TV for relaxing after a day at the beach. The balcony also features cozy patio seating and a six-person dining table, creating the perfect setting for an outdoor meal or watching dolphins and other sea life along the shoreline.
The primary suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom, ample closet space, and direct access to a private balcony. It's a peaceful place to unwind while listening to the sound of the waves.
When you're ready to dine, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the outdoor Viking grills near the first-level pool deck. Complimentary WiFi and board games are also provided for added convenience and entertainment.
Beach days are easy with complimentary beach supplies, including chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella, conveniently stored in the ground-level garage near the beach access.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
